The word “culture” is overused in the real estate industry. “Culture” is something that grows and is felt from the inside of a community. What you all have built is something special. This community IS what having great culture means. Thank YOU ALL for making me feel so at home.

Exp has been such an unexpected change for me. I’ve been so impressed with the collaboration the access to fantastic tools, the innovation but most of all the people. Obviously it made sense to leave a traditional brokerage as a better business decision, but I am truly in awe of the constant changes to adapt with this market.
